a little bit about me

Kyle Skilliter is Strength Coach focused on building powerful bodies disciplined minds and unshakable confidence. Growing up playing competitive hockey Kyle learned early that skill alone isn’t enough. Training opened the door to performance and once he committed to building a stronger body his game changed, consistent structured training propelled his career leading him to play 3 years of Junior Hockey.

His approach to training was later shaped by studying Arthur Jones’ Bulletins 1 & 2- work that challenged conventional gym culture. Jones’ method & clarity of thought left a lasting impression, reinforcing the idea that intensity, precision & purpose matter more than volume, trends or wasted effort. Decades ahead of his time, Jones’ went against what was believe to be the only way to train, & Kyle carries that same independent thinking into his coaching today. Session are intense, brief & infrequent.

Kyle now works with teens helping them build real strength, mental toughness & self respect teaching them early that confidence is earned through discipline & effort. Kyle offers high efficiency private training designed for demanding schedules. Show up-train with intensity then step back into the day stronger, sharper & more grounded. His approach blends strength, physique development & flexibility building a toned capable body that moves with confidence. Kyle trains everyone in between, meeting each client where they’re are & guiding them where they’re are capable of going.

Focusing on stimulus & recovery His philosophy is simple: Train with intensity, build real strength & letting confidence follow.
